PRIVACY AT NIQORA
Your information.
Your choice.
This notice explains how NSOLR Ltd handles personal information when you use NIQORA Debt, NIQORA Bills, NIQORA Tap, NIQORA Money, NIQORA Collect, NIQORA Vault, NIQORA Snapd, NIQORA Privacy, NIQORA SnowFlake, NIQORA Travel, NIQORA+, our website or our support services. Travel and the other upcoming apps retain their individual review and release status.
NIQORA Travel
Travel 1.0.0 is awaiting Apple review for a free UK iPhone release. Trips, booking details, private notes, personal budgets, packing, Capsule documents and emergency contacts are kept on your device, separated by NIQORA account. Text recognition for documents runs on your iPhone. Travel does not request GPS location or send private Capsule documents and booking text to an AI service.
Optional backup stores a snapshot of your Travel records and included files in your private Apple CloudKit storage. Automatic backup runs only when enabled and while Travel is open and unlocked. Restore requires the same NIQORA account and access to the iCloud account holding the backup. Check completion in Travel before changing phones. My NIQORA cannot read your trips or backups; this is backup and restore, not live device sync.
Circle sharing is a separate, explicit choice. Preview selected trip, destination, itinerary and preparation-task fields before publishing to your private Circle. The NIQORA backend uses Firebase and Google Cloud to process the shared snapshot, account and participant identifiers, and membership. Booking references, private notes, personal budgets, packing and Capsule files are excluded. A separately chosen shared expense ledger processes the costs and splits entered for its participants. Reporting sends relevant shared content and report details for moderation; blocking uses Circle’s shared controls. Copies already seen or retained by others may remain after you remove your own records.
Travel uses shared Firebase Authentication with Apple, Google or email sign-in. These providers process account details, identifiers and connection/security information. Google may use IP-derived approximate location for fraud prevention. RevenueCat processes your NIQORA account identifier and relevant purchase and subscription history to recognise or restore an existing membership and provide subscription analytics. Travel’s submitted features need no paid membership and new purchases are disabled in this release.
App-integrity checks and service diagnostics help protect shared features. Expo EAS Update receives installation, app/runtime and operating-system information for compatible updates and reliability; private trip contents are not attached. This is not advertising tracking. Optional reminders run locally and may appear on your lock screen. Face ID is handled by iOS; Travel receives an authentication result, not your biometric data. Opening the NIQORA+ companion does not pass account tokens in its link.
Local records, exports, private iCloud backups and the shared NIQORA account have separate controls. Review Travel’s deletion guidance before confirming. Account deletion affects sign-in across NIQORA and does not cancel store subscriptions. For help, contact privacy@niqoraapp.com and name Travel.
NIQORA SnowFlake
NIQORA SnowFlake is awaiting Apple review for a free UK iPhone release and is not yet publicly available. It helps you organise people, gifts, wishlists, occasions, gifting tasks and private Secret Santa exchanges. Gift Finder uses a curated catalogue on your device; it does not send your interests or gift plans to an AI service.
Your personal gifting records, including the notes, dates, prices, links and photos you choose to save, are stored on your device and separated by NIQORA account. Optional iCloud backup saves a snapshot in your private Apple CloudKit storage. Restore requires the matching NIQORA account and access to the iCloud account holding the backup. This is backup and restore, not continuous shared storage. Check completion in the app before deleting local records or changing phones.
SnowFlake uses Firebase Authentication and your chosen Apple, Google or email sign-in method. These services process account details, identifiers and technical security information. Google Sign-In can estimate approximate location from an IP address for fraud prevention; SnowFlake does not request your device location. Google's sign-in flow may also process a phone number you enter for verification, device and user identifiers, usage information and other technical data for authentication, security and service analytics, as declared by its SDK. SnowFlake does not receive your Google verification phone number or your Apple or Google password. RevenueCat receives your NIQORA account identifier and relevant store transaction, purchase-history and subscription information to recognise membership, restore purchases and provide subscription analytics. Apple handles App Store payments; SnowFlake does not receive full payment-card details.
Secret Santa with Circle is separate from your personal plans. It requires a Circle profile and accepted private-group membership. Group and participant identifiers, exchange details, shared wishes and draw assignments are processed by the NIQORA backend using Firebase and Google Cloud. Each member explicitly joins the draw. After the organiser draws, each participant can reveal only their own recipient and that person's wishes. Joining or creating a draw does not upload your separate personal gift plans.
Reporting shared wishes sends the report and a snapshot of the relevant shared content to NIQORA for moderation. Reporting hides that content for the reporter. Blocking uses the shared Circle block controls. Do not put sensitive personal information about yourself or another person in shared wishes. Contact support@niqoraapp.com about harmful content or a problem with a draw. Support and moderation records are retained where necessary to investigate the report, protect users and meet applicable obligations.
Expo EAS Update receives app/runtime and operating-system details and an installation identifier to deliver compatible updates; recovery can include a short technical error report. Your personal gift plans and shared wishes are not attached to update requests. This processing is not advertising tracking. Optional reminders run locally, and their text may appear on the lock screen according to your notification settings. Face ID and device authentication are handled by iOS; SnowFlake receives a result, not your biometric data or device passcode.
Local data, private iCloud backups and the shared NIQORA account have separate controls. Review the in-app scope before deleting. Account deletion requires sign-in verification and can affect access across NIQORA apps. Account deletion does not cancel App Store billing or remove copies already retained by others. For privacy help, contact privacy@niqoraapp.com and name SnowFlake.
NIQORA Privacy (formerly Black Bot)
NIQORA Privacy 1.2.0 is awaiting Apple review and is not yet publicly released. This section describes that version. Existing Black Bot installations keep their current account and controls until updated; this notice does not transfer records or change a subscription.
Privacy uses Firebase Authentication and your chosen Apple, Google or email sign-in method for account details, identifiers and connection/security information. The new default is your shared NIQORA account. Existing Black Bot users can recover their original account separately and choose to connect a NIQORA account to copy supported saved information on the same device. The app does not silently merge the two identities. Google sign-in may process IP-derived approximate location and technical information for authentication and fraud prevention; Privacy does not request device location.
Live checks are limited to email addresses and mobile numbers you verify as your own. Verification sends the entered address or number and delivery information through our API to Resend for email or Twilio Verify for SMS. Before scanning, the app explains its external sources and requests your agreement. Supported email breach checks send a shortened SHA-256 hash to LeakCheck, not the full email address. Public-web and selected data-broker searches send the verified contact detail to Brave Search. Available results can include breach names, exposed information categories, public URLs and snippets. Provider coverage and availability vary; no findings is not proof that your details are absent everywhere.
Saved targets, results, removal notes and checklist progress are encrypted on your device. Privacy does not keep a server database of your raw scan history. API and verification services process requests and limited technical information needed to deliver checks, verify ownership, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. Signing in alone does not start a scan.
Removal tools prepare a request for you to review, choose a recipient and send using your own email service. Information you include is shared with that recipient when you send it. The app does not submit requests automatically or verify that a listing has disappeared. A recorded removal outcome is your own update. Optional SimpleLogin alias features use your own API key, kept in device secure storage and sent directly to SimpleLogin. Password checks use Pwned Passwords: only the first five characters of a SHA-1 hash are sent, never the password itself.
RevenueCat processes the account identifier and relevant Apple purchase, subscription and transaction information to recognise eligible NIQORA+ or existing Black Bot membership, restore purchases and provide subscription analytics. Live verification and provider-backed scanning require an active membership. Changing the app name does not itself change an existing subscription price.
Optional personal iCloud backup stores a copy of the included saved results, removal notes and checklist in your private Apple CloudKit space, associated with the relevant Privacy account. Automatic backup is off until enabled and runs while the app is open and unlocked. Restore requires the matching Privacy account and access to the iCloud account holding the backup. Check completion in the app. This is backup and restore, not continuous cross-device sync; My NIQORA does not read the private backup.
Expo EAS Update receives app/runtime and operating-system details and an installation identifier to deliver compatible updates; recovery may include a short technical error report. Saved scan results and removal notes are not attached to update requests. This processing is separate from scan providers and is not advertising tracking. Face ID and device authentication are handled by iOS; NIQORA receives the authentication result, not biometric data or the device passcode.
Local records, iCloud backups and account deletion have different scopes. Deleting the shared NIQORA account affects sign-in and associated cloud records across NIQORA apps; original Black Bot account recovery remains a separate identity. Review the in-app warning and Privacy deletion guidance. Account deletion does not cancel store billing or erase copies you have sent to recipients. For support, contact privacy@niqoraapp.com and name the app and account type you use.
NIQORA Vault
NIQORA Vault is awaiting Apple review for a free UK-only iPhone launch and is not publicly released. It encrypts document files and their metadata on your iPhone. Scanning and importing use the documents you choose. Device authentication is handled by iOS; NIQORA does not receive biometric data. Vault does not upload document contents to the NIQORA backend.
Vault’s submitted iPhone version offers optional encrypted backups in your private iCloud space through Apple CloudKit, without paid membership. Manual backup is available, and Automatic iCloud backup is off until you enable it. Automatic backup runs while Vault is open and unlocked; it is not continuous cross-device sync. Restore requires the matching NIQORA account, access to the iCloud account holding the backup and the separate recovery key. Keep that key safe. You can also export an encrypted archive through Files to a destination you choose, including iCloud Drive. These exported copies are managed separately from the in-app iCloud backup.
Vault uses the shared Firebase sign-in service for your name, email address and NIQORA account identifier. Google sign-in processes technical information, including IP-derived approximate location, for sign-in security and fraud prevention. Expo EAS Update receives an installation identifier, app and update version details, update requests and crash information to deliver compatible fixes and maintain reliability. This technical processing is separate from your document contents and is not advertising tracking. See Vault deletion guidance for account, device and backup controls.
The website launch list records only the apps you explicitly select. For questions about any of these apps or deletion, contact privacy@niqoraapp.com and name the app you use.
NIQORA Snapd
NIQORA Snapd 1.0 is an iPhone-only replacement submitted to Apple for review on 8 October 2026. It is not publicly released; its first launch is planned for the UK after approval and release. The original SNAPD app and this replacement are separate installations. Original screenshots and reminders do not transfer automatically; keep the original app and preserve your content until you have reviewed the replacement guidance.
Imported screenshots, recognised text, dates, times and reminders are stored on your device. Text recognition runs on your iPhone. Snapd does not send this content to an AI service or the NIQORA backend. The share extension copies only your selected image into a protected local inbox. Pending shared images stay on the device and are excluded from backups. Photos originals are not changed. Optional reminders are scheduled locally, and their titles may appear on your lock screen according to your notification settings.
Snapd uses Firebase Authentication and your chosen Apple, Google or email sign-in method for the shared NIQORA account. These services process account identifiers, name, email, authentication credentials and connection/security information. Firebase also processes limited technical diagnostics. Google sign-in may estimate approximate location from an IP address for fraud prevention; Snapd does not request device location. Google’s sign-in flow may also process a phone number you enter for verification, device and user identifiers, usage information and other technical data for authentication, security and service analytics, as declared by its SDK. Snapd does not receive your Google verification phone number or your Apple or Google password. RevenueCat processes your authenticated NIQORA account identifier and relevant purchase-history, store transaction and subscription information to recognise shared NIQORA+ membership and provide subscription analytics. Screenshots and reminders are not sent to RevenueCat.
Optional iCloud backup stores saved screenshots and reminder details in your private Apple CloudKit storage, bound to your NIQORA account. Signing in alone creates no backup. Automatic backup is off until you enable it, and saves changes while Snapd is open and unlocked. Restore requires the same NIQORA and iCloud accounts. This is backup and restore, not live multi-device synchronisation. My NIQORA does not read this private backup.
Expo EAS Update delivers compatible fixes and refinements. Update requests include app/runtime and operating-system details and a random installation identifier; recovery may send a short technical error report. Snapd does not attach your NIQORA account name, email, screenshots or reminders to these requests. This processing supports update delivery and reliability and is not advertising tracking. Native changes still require an App Store update.
Face ID, Touch ID and passcode checks are handled by iOS; Snapd receives a success or failure result, never biometric templates or your device passcode. Local screenshots and reminders remain when you sign out, so keep your device secure. Clear local data removes this app’s saved content, shared inbox and scheduled reminders and turns automatic backup off; Photos originals and an existing iCloud copy are separate. Use Backup options to remove the saved Snapd iCloud copy.
Settings → Delete NIQORA account requires reauthentication and deletes your shared NIQORA sign-in and associated cloud records, affecting access across NIQORA apps. Snapd’s local content is cleared, and you may also choose to delete the checked Snapd backup in the current iCloud account. Other apps’ local records, private backups and exported copies are managed separately. A retained Snapd backup cannot be restored without the same NIQORA account. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions or instantly remove every transaction record retained by Apple or RevenueCat. For help, contact privacy@niqoraapp.com.
1. Who is responsible
NSOLR Ltd is the legal entity responsible for NIQORA and for deciding how personal information in our apps and services is used. NSOLR Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 15950192. Its registered office is 101 Alverthorpe Road, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, WF2 9PQ. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@niqoraapp.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address and NIQORA account identifier; financial information you choose to enter, including debt names, balances, interest rates, minimum payments and payment history; bill names, amounts, schedules, renewals, notes and payment records; preferences and payoff-plan settings; subscription and purchase history; support correspondence; and limited technical information needed to authenticate accounts, protect the service and diagnose faults.
We do not ask for online-banking credentials, full payment-card numbers or lender passwords. You enter your records yourself; Debt and Bills do not require a connection to your bank account.
Bills: device-only records and cloud sync
In device-only mode, bill names, amounts, schedules, renewals, notes and payment history stay on your device. If you sign in, NIQORA uses its shared Firebase account service. When cloud access is enabled, Bills records sync under your account separately from Debt records. Moving device-only bills to an account requires your choice in the app.
Bill reminders are scheduled locally on the device with your permission. Face ID, Touch ID and other device authentication are handled by your operating system; NIQORA does not receive your biometric data. Keeping records on your device is different from saving an iCloud backup. Check your latest completed backup in the app before clearing data.
Tap: contact cards and sharing
NIQORA Tap is currently in TestFlight testing. It uses the shared NIQORA sign-in and stores the name, company, role, email address, phone number, website, social links, card colours and logo you choose to add. Device-only cards remain on your device; account cards are stored with Google Firebase separately from Debt and Bills records. Importing device-only cards to your account requires your choice in the app. Choosing a logo gives the app access to that selected image; an account card stores the logo with the card.
You choose the details to share by QR code, contact file or an optional public card link. A published card can be viewed without a NIQORA account, and recipients can save its contact file or add a pass to Apple Wallet. Those saved copies are held by the recipient or their device and wallet provider. Unpublishing stops access through the public link, but cannot remove contacts or copies someone has already saved. Device authentication is handled by your operating system; NIQORA does not receive your biometric data.
Tap uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for sign-in, card storage and public sharing, with limited service diagnostics to protect availability and investigate faults. RevenueCat receives your NIQORA account identifier and relevant purchase-history and subscription information to check existing NIQORA+ membership and provide subscription analytics. Tap does not sell a new subscription in this version.
In Tap, Settings → Delete Tap data removes Tap cards while keeping your shared NIQORA account and other apps. Settings → Delete NIQORA account requires sign-in verification and permanently deletes the shared identity and associated cloud records. Device-only copies are separate. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions. For help, contact privacy@niqoraapp.com and tell us which apps you use.
NIQORA Money
Money is awaiting Apple review and is not publicly available yet. Cards, recorded balances, transactions, categories, budgets, notes and profile preferences are stored on your device. Card details can include the provider and optional last four digits; Money does not ask for a full card number or banking password, connect to your bank or move money.
Money uses the shared Firebase sign-in service for your name, email address and NIQORA account identifier. RevenueCat receives your account identifier and relevant store transaction, purchase-history and subscription information to recognise NIQORA+ membership, restore purchases and provide subscription analytics. Optional linked Bills and Debt summaries read the eligible account records; they do not create Money transactions.
Personal iCloud backup is free. You can back up manually or opt into Automatic iCloud backup in supported versions. Once enabled, changes to the included Money records are saved to your private iCloud space while the app is open and unlocked. Use the same NIQORA and iCloud accounts to restore. This is a saved backup, not continuous synchronisation; check its completion in Money. The current version no longer automatically uploads Money backups to the NIQORA backend. Copies saved by older testing versions can remain until removed.
Money uses Expo EAS Update to deliver compatible fixes and refinements. Expo receives an installation identifier, app and update version details, update requests and crash information to deliver updates and measure adoption and reliability. This is separate from your financial records and is not advertising tracking.
Privacy mode, app lock and deletion controls remain free. Device authentication is handled by iOS; NIQORA does not receive your biometric data. Optional reminders are scheduled locally. Local records, iCloud backups and your shared NIQORA account are separate: review the scope of each in-app control before deleting. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store subscription. See Money deletion guidance.
NIQORA Collect
Collect is awaiting Apple review and is not publicly available yet. Your catalogue, collections, photos, purchase details, values, private notes and locations are stored on your device. If you choose personal iCloud backup, a saved copy of the included records and photos is stored in your own private iCloud space. Supported versions offer optional automatic backup: after you enable it, changes save while Collect is open and unlocked. Use the same NIQORA and iCloud accounts to restore. No backup is created simply by signing in.
Collect uses the shared NIQORA account system through Firebase. Firebase and your chosen sign-in provider process account details, identifiers and technical security information. Firebase Authentication retains logged IP addresses for a few weeks to protect sign-in and prevent abuse; Google Sign-In may use an IP address to estimate an approximate location for fraud prevention. Collect does not request your device’s location. RevenueCat receives your NIQORA account identifier and relevant store transaction, purchase-history and subscription information to check NIQORA+ access, restore purchases and provide subscription analytics.
Supported Collect versions use Expo EAS Update for compatible fixes and refinements. Update requests include the operating system, app/runtime version and a random installation token used for delivery and installation counts. Recovery may send a short technical error report. Collect does not attach your NIQORA account name, email, catalogue or photos to these requests. We do not use this information for advertising tracking; native changes still require an App Store update.
Camera and photo access are optional. Photo and barcode suggestions are processed on your iPhone and reviewed before saving. Photos can be included when you create a personal iCloud backup manually or enable automatic backup; My NIQORA does not read that private backup. Device authentication is handled by your operating system; NIQORA does not receive biometric data. Optional weekly reminders are controlled in the app.
Collection sharing uses a reviewed code containing a snapshot. Prices, photos, barcodes, private notes and locations are excluded. Recipients can save or forward a read-only copy; those copies cannot be revoked and do not update automatically. CSV exports can include private prices and notes, but not photo files.
Use Collect’s Settings to manage local records and remove its iCloud backup separately. Shared-account deletion can affect your NIQORA sign-in and connected services; read the in-app scope before confirming. Other app-local copies and copies you shared can remain. See Collect deletion guidance or contact privacy@niqoraapp.com for help.
iCloud backup across NIQORA apps
iCloud backup is included as standard across NIQORA apps on iPhone, on Free and NIQORA+. When you use it, a copy of the records included by that app is stored in your own iCloud account, using your Apple Account and iCloud storage. Backup and restore are managed inside the relevant app. In supported versions, Automatic iCloud backup is off until you enable it separately in each app. It saves changes while the app is open and unlocked; manual backup and restore remain available. The NIQORA+ companion backs up only its favourite-app and Home news preferences, not records from the specialist apps. Its checklists, pinned actions and guided-setup choices are stored for your NIQORA account on the device and are excluded from this backup. You can export checklists using the app’s share action; any copy you choose to share is handled by its destination. Checklist due dates do not schedule notifications. Local hub data is removed when you delete your NIQORA account. Apple provides the iCloud service under its own terms and privacy information.
My NIQORA uses your NIQORA sign-in to show membership information and app links. The website does not read your iCloud backup contents or display live backup status. Your NIQORA sign-in can use Apple, Google or email; iCloud uses the Apple Account signed in on your iPhone.
Your iCloud data is managed separately from your NIQORA sign-in. To review or remove app data stored in iCloud, use the app’s available controls and your Apple iCloud storage settings. See Apple’s information about app data in iCloud.
Website contact requests
When you send our contact form, your name, email address, selected app, request type and message are saved in Webfixd Hub, our support workspace hosted with Hostinger. Webfixd is a trading name of NSOLR Ltd, the company behind NIQORA. Our team uses these details to review your request, keep a record of the conversation and reply to you.
The Hub also records the submitting page, submission time, browser information and a protected hash of your IP address to help prevent abuse. The form does not read your NIQORA account, app records or iCloud backups. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing or launch updates. Please do not include passwords, verification codes or full financial-account details.
We retain support correspondence where reasonably necessary to resolve your request and handle follow-up, disputes or legal obligations. You can ask about your information at privacy@niqoraapp.com, quoting your request reference if you have it.
WhatsApp support through Webfixd
Webfixd, a trading name of NSOLR Ltd, handles all NIQORA WhatsApp support. Our WhatsApp links open Webfixd’s business account with a short NIQORA message that you can edit before sending. When you send a message, the support team receives your WhatsApp number, profile information made available by WhatsApp and the content you choose to share, to help with your enquiry.
WhatsApp is an external service and its own terms and privacy policy apply. These website links do not automatically send your NIQORA account details or app records. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full financial-account details. You can also contact us at support@niqoraapp.com.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure your account, provide debt tracking, payoff planning and bill tracking, synchronise your information between devices, calculate projections and insights you request, respond to support enquiries and maintain service reliability. We use account identifiers and purchase history to check NIQORA+ access, restore purchases and analyse subscription performance through RevenueCat. Optional reminders or marketing messages are sent only where permitted and can be switched off.
4. Lawful bases
We rely on performance of our contract with you to provide the app and account; our legitimate interests in securing, supporting and improving the service where those interests do not override your rights; legal obligations where they apply; and consent for optional communications or device permissions where consent is required.
5. Website analytics and cookies
With your consent, our website uses Google Analytics to understand visits, page use, clicks to the App Store or Google Play, demo starts and completed walkthroughs, and successful launch-list signups for the NIQORA apps you select, including Circle, Goals, SnowFlake, Travel and the NIQORA+ companion. We also measure app-finder selections and interest in NIQORA+ membership and the companion app, including plan views and billing-option choices. Google may process device, browser, approximate-location and interaction information for this purpose. Signup measurement records the apps selected, without your email address or private unsubscribe link. We do not send the debt balances, bill entries or payment information you enter in NIQORA apps to website analytics.
Analytics is optional and does not load until you choose “Accept analytics”. You can decline it and continue using the website normally. You can change your choice by clearing the NIQORA website's local storage or browser-site data and choosing again.
NIQORA Goals
Goals is awaiting Apple review for iPhone and is not publicly available yet. Joining its website launch list does not create an app account or share your goal records with this website.
The submitted app uses your NIQORA account with Apple, Google or email sign-in. Goals, milestone progress, habit check-ins, reviews and journal notes and photos are kept on your device, separated by NIQORA account. Goals records the information you enter; it does not connect to banks, hold savings or move money. Dream to Done uses on-device journey templates.
Private iCloud backup is optional and can include your goals, check-ins, reviews and journal photos. Automatic backup runs while Goals is open and unlocked. Restore requires the same NIQORA account and access to your iCloud; it is backup and restore, not live device sync. Manage backups and data controls in Goals Settings. My NIQORA cannot read your goal progress, journal photos or iCloud backup.
NIQORA Circle
Circle is awaiting Apple review for iPhone and is not publicly available. Joining its website launch list does not create a Circle profile or enrol you in a community. App-specific information about Circle’s data handling and controls will be provided before public release.
Website launch updates
If you join the launch list, we collect your email address, your choice of NIQORA apps from the launch list, including Circle, Goals, SnowFlake, Travel and the NIQORA+ companion, and the date and wording version of your email consent. NSOLR Ltd uses this information to send a signup confirmation and the launch updates you request. Joining this list does not create a NIQORA app account and does not give us access to your financial, contact-card or collection records.
Signup information is stored with our website hosting providers, including Cloudflare. When email delivery is enabled, Resend processes your email address, message content and delivery information to send these emails on our behalf. We keep signup and delivery records until the requested launch updates have been sent or you withdraw consent. We do not send your signup email or private unsubscribe key to website analytics.
You can remove a new signup using the link shown after joining, or unsubscribe using a link in a confirmation or launch email. This also removes emails waiting to be sent. You can also ask us to remove your signup by emailing support@niqoraapp.com. These choices do not affect your access to NIQORA apps.
6. Service providers, payments and transfers
NIQORA Debt and Bills use Google Firebase and Google Cloud services for authentication and cloud app data storage. These providers process information for us under contractual terms. Where information is processed outside the United Kingdom, we rely on recognised safeguards provided by law and our service-provider agreements.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google where available. NIQORA uses RevenueCat to check subscription status, restore purchases, manage feature access and provide subscription analytics. RevenueCat receives your NIQORA account identifier and relevant store transaction, purchase-history and subscription information. This supports NIQORA+ membership across Debt and Bills when the shared-access app updates are available. NIQORA receives the status and transaction references needed to unlock features and provide support, but does not receive your full payment-card details. We do not sell personal information or use your financial entries for third-party advertising. Bills purchases and shared access are currently being tested; Bills is not yet publicly available.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect account information, including authenticated access and encryption in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a unique password and keep your device and sign-in details secure.
8. Retention and deletion
We keep app information while your account is active and delete account data when you complete the deletion process, subject to limited periods needed for fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations. Support correspondence and transaction records may be retained where reasonably necessary for those purposes.
In Bills 1.0.0, open Settings → Delete NIQORA account and complete sign-in verification. This permanently deletes your shared NIQORA sign-in and associated Bills and Debt cloud records, including payment history and preferences. Device-only Bills records are separate and remain on your device unless you delete them there. Our account-deletion page explains the steps and support options for Debt and older Bills versions.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You can manage it separately through the store where you subscribed; cancellation is not a condition of deleting your NIQORA account. Deletion does not instantly erase every billing record held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat; limited transaction information may remain as described above.
9. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights to be informed, access your information, correct it, request deletion or restriction, receive portable data, object to certain processing and challenge solely automated decisions. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
10. Children
NIQORA Debt, Bills, Money and SnowFlake are intended for adults aged 18 and over and are not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these apps.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this notice when the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page. Contact NSOLR Ltd at privacy@niqoraapp.com for a privacy request. We may need to verify identity before disclosing or deleting account information. Independent guidance is available at ico.org.uk.
