YOUR DATA. YOUR CONTROL.

Delete your
NIQORA account.

Debt, Bills, Tap, Money, Collect and the submitted Vault, Snapd and Travel apps use the same NIQORA sign-in. Read the scope below before permanently deleting your account.

NIQORA Travel

In Travel, open Settings → Delete NIQORA account, review the scope and verify your sign-in before confirming. This removes the shared NIQORA sign-in and associated cloud records, Travel trips and restore safety copies on this device, and connected shared Travel participation. You lose that account’s sign-in across NIQORA.

You can also choose Also delete this Travel iCloud backup in the current iCloud account. Other apps’ local records and private backups, records on other devices, exports and copies retained by other people remain separate. A retained Travel backup needs the same NIQORA account to restore. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions. If you need help, email privacy@niqoraapp.com from your registered address and name the apps you use; never send a password or travel document.

NIQORA Vault

Vault’s submitted iPhone app includes account deletion inside the app. Open Settings → Delete NIQORA account, review the warning and verify your sign-in when prompted. This permanently deletes your shared NIQORA sign-in and associated cloud records, including linked Tap cards and legacy NIQORA backup records. You lose access to the same account across NIQORA apps, and Vault clears its local encrypted documents on this iPhone.

Before confirming, choose whether to also delete this Vault’s private iCloud backup in the current iCloud account. A retained Vault backup cannot be restored without the same NIQORA account and recovery key. Other apps’ local records and private iCloud backups, Files exports and documents already shared remain separate copies that you must manage separately. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions.

If you cannot access Vault or an older installed version opens this page, email privacy@niqoraapp.com from your registered address and name every NIQORA app you use. Do not send your password, document contents or recovery key.

NIQORA Snapd

The submitted iPhone app uses your shared NIQORA account. In Settings → Delete NIQORA account, review the scope and verify your sign-in. Deletion affects the shared sign-in and associated cloud records across NIQORA apps, and clears Snapd’s local content. You may also choose to delete the checked Snapd backup in the current iCloud account. Other apps’ local records and private backups remain separate. A retained Snapd backup cannot be restored without the same NIQORA account. Account deletion does not cancel store subscriptions.

NIQORA Privacy

In the upcoming 1.2.0 update, open Settings and review the account-deletion warning before verifying your sign-in and confirming. For a NIQORA account, deletion removes the shared sign-in and associated cloud records, affecting access across the family. The original Black Bot account uses a separate identity; recover that account in the app if you need to manage it. Connecting accounts does not silently delete the original identity.

Saved device records, the relevant Privacy iCloud backup and your shared sign-in have distinct controls. Review the app’s scope, preserve information you need and remove any private backup you no longer want using the backup controls. Other apps’ local data, private backups and requests already sent to recipients remain separate. Deleting an account does not cancel store billing. For help, name Privacy and tell support whether you use a NIQORA or original Black Bot account; never send a password, verification code or scan report unless specifically needed and agreed.

Using original SNAPD or Black Bot?

Original SNAPD and the new NIQORA Snapd are separate installations; their content does not transfer automatically. NIQORA Privacy 1.2.0 is awaiting Apple review. Follow the deletion controls in your installed app or contact the address above. These shared-account instructions do not mean that older SNAPD or Black Bot records are linked to NIQORA.

IN THE APP · BILLS 1.0.0

Delete in NIQORA Bills

Available in Bills 1.0.0, currently in TestFlight testing.

  1. Open NIQORA Bills and sign in.
  2. Open Settings → Delete NIQORA account.
  3. Read the warning: this includes cloud records from both Bills and Debt.
  4. Verify your sign-in with your password, Apple or Google when prompted.
  5. Confirm Delete my account permanently.

You can cancel before the final confirmation. Account deletion is free and does not require cancelling NIQORA+ first.

WEB REQUEST · ALL VERSIONS

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, or use an older version, send a request from the email address registered to your account. Tell us which of Debt, Bills, Tap, Money, Collect, Vault, Snapd and Travel you use so we can verify ownership and cover the shared account.

Do not include your password, payment details or full account numbers.

Request account deletion

We aim to complete verified web requests within 30 days and will contact you if identity verification is needed.

In NIQORA Debt, you can also open Settings → Delete account and follow its confirmation steps. For help deleting a shared account across older app versions, use the email route.

What will be deleted

The Bills 1.0.0 account-deletion action permanently removes your shared NIQORA sign-in, profile and cloud records from both Bills and Debt: bills, debts, recorded payments, notes and preferences. You will lose access to that account in both apps. Keep a copy of information you need before continuing.

Device-only bills remain on your device. To remove those separately, use Settings → Delete Bills data while signed out. Deleting Bills data alone is different from deleting your shared NIQORA account.

Your iCloud backups

iCloud backup is managed through your own Apple Account, separately from My NIQORA. If you enabled automatic backup, switch it off before removing saved data and review the app’s deletion controls. In supported versions, deleting a backup stops automatic uploads so it is not immediately recreated. Review your iCloud storage settings too if you want to remove saved app data from iCloud. Read about iCloud data.

What may be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or a legal obligation. Any exception will be explained.

Account deletion does not instantly erase every transaction record held by Apple, Google or RevenueCat. See our Privacy Notice for information about retention.

Money app users

Money’s local records, personal iCloud backup and shared NIQORA account are separate. In Money, review Settings → Privacy & data and the iCloud backup controls. If you want to remove a saved iCloud copy, do that before deleting the account. Clearing local data does not cancel your subscription or remove other apps’ records. Read the in-app scope before confirming shared-account deletion, and use the email route above if you need help with older testing-version cloud copies.

Collect app users

Use Collect’s Settings to manage its catalogue and device records. Personal iCloud backups are separate: remove the saved cloud contents using Collect’s backup controls before deleting your account if you want that copy removed too. Read the scope shown before confirming Delete NIQORA account. Other app-local records and collection snapshots already shared with others can remain. For help, use the email route and name every app you use.

Tap testers

Tap has separate controls for deleting its cards and for deleting the shared account. Review the in-app warning before confirming. For a request covering Tap alongside Debt or Bills, use the email route and name every app you use.

Manage NIQORA+ separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription or stop store renewal charges. Manage or cancel it through the store where you subscribed:

Manage Apple subscriptions
Manage Google Play subscriptions

You can delete your account without cancelling first or waiting for your subscription to expire.
